The Story

After 26 hours of labor, Kyle Christopher Harker was born on February 3rd, 2008 at 2:03 am via C-Section. He weighted 8 lbs 7 oz and was 20 3/4 inches long. He spent his first 3 days in NICU with pneumonia and on antibiotics but he is now a very healthy, growing boy! He is certainly the light of my life and I can't tell you how incredibly lucky I feel to be so blessed with such a wonderful gift.

Zzzzzzzzzzzz

After our day of fun..... Kyle is out like a light!
He fought me like crazy but finally gave in
When he woke up he was in such a good mood. So many hugs and big kisses
I truly can not get enough of him!

A silly afternoon

Kyle and I started our afternoon by having lunch with our friend Lisa at Mcmenamins on the Columbia
Then we went to Target to get a few things and right outside the store is a group of kid rides.
Kyle went nuts! He squealed, clapped, you name it!
So first was the snoopy house
He had no desire to sit down but loved "driving" it

Gosh, don't crack a smile Mr. Kyle!

Then was a car of some sort.... again, refused to sit down

and no smile!

This one had a dog on the back (you can't see it because it is behind Kyle) and he did not want to be on here! Again, refused to sit down and no smile!

He did like the rocket, it moved back and forth in a circle kind of......

and he finally did sit down...... but still, NO SMILE!
He was so fun to watch... this is very rare to see him so stone-faced!

It's COLD!!!!!!

This morning we went on a walk up to walgreens and spankys.....
it was much colder than I thought it was going to be!
Kyle loved it though. He talked to all the cars that went by and each of the other children he saw along the way
While I was making his lunch I bundled him again and let him play on the back patio.
I have no idea how he stands to be out in the cold but he doesn't seem to mind at all
